We are a growing church family in Dayton, sharing life together and engaging our city with the Gospel.
Our Vision
Resting in God. Representing Him. All for His Renown.
We are a gospel-preaching community helping people find rest in God through Jesus Christ. Freed from guilt and adopted as his beloved children, we live to represent him with love, good works, and the message of the gospel—so that others, from our neighborhoods to the nations, may share that rest. All we do is for God’s glory and the spread of His fame.
Our Mission
Helping God’s beloved children grow through God’s bestowed gifts.
We grow by multiplication—sharing the gospel so outsiders may become God’s children—and by maturation—helping believers live as his beloved children through the ordinary means of grace.
Our Values
Biblical & Historical Rootedness
We stand on the unchanging truth of God’s Word and receive the historic Christian faith passed down through the ages. Our teaching, worship, and mission are shaped by Scripture and the wisdom of faithful believers who have gone before us.
Gracious & Encouraging Relationships
We are fellow sinners and saints learning to walk with Christ together. In our words, attitudes, and actions, we seek to encourage, build up, and patiently help one another grow, knowing transformation is a Spirit-led process.
Fervent & Patient Mission
We aim to be wholehearted in the work Christ has given His church—helping form believers, plant churches, and serve the hurting—all while trusting God for the timing and fruit. We labor with zeal, but also with the patience of gardeners who wait for the harvest.
Simple & Dependent Ministry
We focus on what God has promised to bless: His Word, the sacraments, prayer, and the fellowship of his people. We rely on the Spirit to use these simple means to accomplish his will.
Whole-Life & Whole-Hearted Discipleship
Following Jesus is the center of life. We aim to obey him in every calling—home, work, neighborhood, and church—not merely in outward conformity to his will, but in wholehearted love for him. Our desire is to give him undivided hearts and joyful devotion.
