Event Communications
If you have an upcoming event that needs to be added to the church calendar and will require formal communication, please fill out this form. This will provide the communication lead with the necessary info to add your event to the upcoming church communication schedule.
All Event Requests must be made a minimum of 3 weeks prior to the start date of the event. Events requiring custom graphics or additional communication such as registrations, Sunday morning announcements, or dedicated webpages must be submitted 5 weeks prior to the start date. If you need printed materials, add an additional 2 weeks.
Building Usage
Our spaces are available for community gatherings, meetings and other special occassions that align with our mission and values. To request the use of our building, please complete this form.
Requests should be submitted at least two weeks in advance to allow for proper scheduling and approval. All requests are reviewed by staff for approval on Tuesday's.
