Veritas: Equip is a series of classes in which our leaders seek “to equip the saints for the work of ministry, for building up the body of Christ,” (Eph 4:12). This “building up” of the body of Christ is two-fold, as we seek to grow in depth of maturity in our love for God and one another, as well as multiply our number by seeking and evangelizing the lost.

a Biblical Counseling Training Series
Are you interested in Biblical Counseling at Veritas? This eight week training, led by Pastor Dan, is designed to answer these three basic questions:
Why do I do the things I do?
How does Biblical change take place?
How can I help another person in their time of need?
Biblical counseling at Veritas is based on the simple idea that broken people who need help can help other people in the same situation. The goal of this training is to glorify God by increasing “ministry readiness,” an ability and willingness to help whenever needed.. We will seek to increase our ministry readiness by growing in goodness, knowledge, and skill (as seen in Romans 15:14) in the context of our local church (as seen in Ephesians 4:11-16).
This course is made up of sixteen sessions taking place over the course of eight weeks, beginning on Tuesday, February 7.
